Big mistake

I have purchased a Livpure Touch 2000 plus which was delivered to me on 25.12.2017, it was really a bad decision from my side. It was reported by the installation technician that the Pre-Filter supplied along with the unit was not in line with the requirements and hence I had to purchase a new pre-filter unit from the market as spares are not locally available. I haven't received any positive response/action from this seller till date and also this is my first experience of not getting support from seller. It was really a waste of time and money in this purchase.
Nice DIY kit of a water purifier

A really high tech design gone sour by bad selling skills.Arrived DOA. Warranty card not signed is as good as no warraty. Livpure engineer tried to install what looks like a DIY kit with a fancy LCD screen but in vain. At the end i ended up returning the product for a refund from amazon.

It’s automaticalli fit for all type of water . Don’t forget to buy online wars tee for 2 years for around 900 rupees , and be tension free for 3 years . 5STAR
